    Analyzing Customer Survey (NPS score) data, giving answers to problem statements/ strategic questions, and provided insights and recommendations.

    • Finding insights: breaking down data into different categories (Customer type, Number of responses, NPS score levels, etc.). Conducting Text Analysis from survey responses
